The only real view cameras, You can see a smooth picture /same as watching TV/ is 4K (8MP) everything else 2MP, 3MP, and 5MP looks ok, but picture is not super clear, and when zoomed in You see pixels.

IP, NVR Cameras - means digital, using network cabling, a bit more expensive, better remote view, better quality
