New Jersey based small AV install company looking for a lead tech. We do audio, video, ip cctv, networking, access control, and alarm. Most of our projects are house of worship, restaurants, schools, retail stores, live performance spaces, etc.

Looking for someone to lead as the team grows. Must be able to rough in various av/cat cables, terminate cat and xlr connections, have knowledge of rigging projectors, line arrays, etc. Must know how to build a rack, does not need to know how to program anything, but looking for someone that may want to learn as time goes on.

Paid time off, company van, tools, gas card all provided. Most work is within NJ or NY.
