Searching for a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team in Albany, NY, serving our designated territory. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of installing, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual and electronic communication systems.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the installation, programming, troubleshooting, and upkeep of audio-visual and communication equipment.

Interface professionally with clients to discuss project requirements and convey system details effectively.

Support the sales team by ensuring competitive and accurate bid responses.

Conduct thorough building site surveys to confirm installation needs.

Manage multiple projects concurrently from bid to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.

Participate in project meetings, assisting with scheduling and installation coordination.

Collaborate with clients to establish project timelines and provide regular updates on progress.

Deliver training to clients or end-users on system operation and maintenance.

Provide responsive on-call support as needed.

Attend relevant job-related training sessions and pursue ongoing self-driven learning efforts.

Obtain necessary technical certifications to support job requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in audio-visual or low voltage installations.

Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative team spirit.

Professionalism, reliability, strong organizational skills, and punctuality.

Ability to maintain industry-recognized technology certifications.

Clean driving record essential for travel requirements.
