Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Low Voltage Technician with expertise in cabling and CCTV camera systems to join our team in the Tampa area but will also work in close counties sometimes like Pinellas, Pasco, and Manatee. The ideal candidate will have a background in low voltage technology, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot cabling and CCTV camera systems. All skill level applications are accepted. Payrate will be based on level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Cabling Installation & Management: Install and maintain low voltage cabling systems, including network cables, and audio/video cabling. Ensure all installations meet industry standards for performance and safety
· CCTV Camera Installation: Install, configure, and maintain CCTV camera systems for surveillance and security purposes. Set up cameras, wiring, and network connections while ensuring optimal camera coverage
· Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Quality Control: Identify and resolve issues with cabling and CCTV camera systems promptly. Conduct diagnostic tests and repairs as needed to ensure uninterrupted service. Work as technical support and quality control
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation diagrams, cable maps, and service reports. Keep track of equipment inventory
· Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate precautions

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in cabling and CCTV camera installation and maintenance
· Familiarity with tools and equipment specific to low voltage technology
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
· Able to pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.
· Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
