Sales & Marketing Manager

Do you have experience leading and growing a Sales & Marketing team? Not just meeting but exceeding quota? We are seeking a proven leader, not just a salesperson, that has the ability to drive a team and achieve consistent sales performance on a quarterly and annual level in alignment with our business objectives. We use a best-in-class ERP that is capable of also managing our product database, proposals, sales pipeline, and quota management. Responsibilities and Duties

Marketing:

• Outreach/Channels/Effective Campaigns

Define the Selling & Proposal Process

• Client/Project Intake Method
• Streamlined Product Mix in Proposal Templates
• Accuracy and Profitability of Proposals
• Use of Required CRM & Proposal Software

Manage The Sales Team

• Lead, Manage, Accountability for a Team of 4 Professionals
• Following Processes & Procedures
• Using CRM & Updating Sales Pipeline
• Roll-Up Sales Forecasting Across Team
• Meeting or Exceeding Quota

Assist The Sales Team

• Client Interface as Necessary
• Cover for Members during PTO/Absence

Collaborate With Other Teams

• Engineering: System Standards, Chosen Products, Product Database
• Logistics: Vendors, Product Availability, Use of Existing Inventory
• Accounting: Impact of Department Actions in Finance

Job Qualifications

• 5yrs+ of Sales Team Management (Not just sales!)
• Experience with Consumer Electronics a Plus!
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, ConnectWise a Plus!
