Description:

We are looking for a sub-contractor in the Brunswick GA area. We are based in Atlanta GA, and have a new construction project there. We are under contract.

Our team will handle the bulk of it. We are licensed, have pulled the permits, etc.

Since this is 4-5 hours from us, we are looking for a technician in the area that will help 1-2 days on the project when we are mobilized, become familiar with the project, and be able to assist when that inevitable call comes for some minor task that only takes a couple hours but needs to be done ASAP. We need someone close that can take care of it.

The technician should be able to pull wire, drill holes, fire caulk, repair in ground conduit (this may require using a shovel), etc. Basically be able to handle anything that comes up during a rough in.

We expect to be onsite end of December, maybe mid January depending on their progress.

I do not have a pay rate. I pay in peanuts and pizza parties. I'd prefer someone 1099 who can provide a COI. If you are interested, shoot me a DM with your phone # and we can discuss alternative payment options .
