We are currently looking to add Audio Video Technicians to our team who have at least 3 years of experience in Commercial Fixed Install Audio/Video, and who are eager to bring their expertise to an established and growing small company who values the input of each team member. PAV - Skills Pay Program:
As a PAV Technician you have a clear path to Grow YOUR Skills so YOU Make More Money through our Unique PAV - Skills Pay Program. The Program outlines the skills that Technicians need to Master and the increased hourly rate they will receive once they master the skills and prove they have the knowledge on (3) Projects without assistance.
Example:
QSC Level 2 Certification = $1/hr Raise ($2,080.00/annually)
Level 2 Technicians who successfully complete the QSC Level 2 Certification program and are able to successfully install (3) QSC Based Systems without assistance will receive a $1.00/hr Raise. The program is designed to motivate Technicians to improve their skills on their own time and those who choose to invest the time are rewarded with increased pay. It is that SIMPLE! Grow YOUR Skills and YOU Make More Money!
In addition to our Skills Pay Program we offer competitive Benefits including Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation and a IRA Program with a 3% Company Match.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay Range: $15.00 to $35.00 / Hour + Benefits
- Compensation based on experience.
- Normal working days: Weekdays with some limited weekend and overnight travel.
- This is a Full-time Hourly Position

Pay Range - $20.00 to $25.00 /Hour

PDU - Installation and Configuration
Digital Signage - Device Setup and Configuration
Video over IP - System Setup and Configuration
Level 3 - Technician:
Pay Range - $25.00 to $30.00 /Hour
Netgear A/V over IP Device Installation and Configuration
PCNA/Netgear - Networking Certification
Dante System - Complete Setup and Configuration
Sennheiser Mirophone System - Installation and Configuration
Q-SYS - Complete System Design, Installation and Configuration
Level 4 - Technician:
Pay Range - $30.00 to $35.00 /Hour
Sennheiser Advanced System Design and Configuration
Dante - Advanced System Design and Configuration
Q-SYS - Quantum Program Certification
Q-SYS - Advanced UCI Design and Implementation
Q-SYS - Advanced Block Controller Programming
Q-SYS - Advanced LUA Scripting Programming
All Technicians:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check with proof of residency.
- Must have a Georgia Driver's License with Clean Driving Record.
- All candidate must be physically able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work with basic tools: drill, screwdrivers, pliers, etc..
- Some overnight travel is associated with this position; estimated to be less than 5%.
- Reliable transportation to PAV office is required.
